Natürlich können «Sans-Papiers» nicht abstimmen und haben schon gar keine Lobby in Bern. Deshalb war meine erste spontane Reaktion auf den Vorstoss «Für eine kohärente Gesetzgebung zu Sans-Papiers» der Kommission für soziale Sicherheit und Gesundheit des Nationalrats eine Frage: Geht es allenfalls darum, von den wichtigen anstehenden Herausforderungen der Sozialversicherungspolitik abzulenken?

Bald sind diese Integrationskriterien von den zuständigen Behörden bei der Beurteilung der Integration zu berücksichtigen: auch bei Härtefallgesuchen von «Sans-Papiers»?

Le 26 janvier 2018, la commission de la sécurité sociale et de la santé publique du Conseil national a déposé une motion recommandant l’adoption d’une législation cohérente sur les personnes « sans-papiers ».
